Day 1 Arrival, Walk through Leticia-Night walk in the jungle

Bogotá - Leticia, arrival at the Alfredo Vásquez Cobo Airport.

Reception and transfer to the hotel.

Welcome cocktail

Walk through Leticia, visit to the ethnographic museum of the Amazonian man in the Banco de la Republica library, Santander Park where we observe the arrival of thousands of white-throated parrots to spend the night, Leticia's center, artisanal galleries and naturist houses.

Return to the Hotel.

5:45 p.m. Meeting with your guide at the hotel.

Departure by van or taxi vehicle customized for the group, making a 12-kilometer journey along the Leticia road via Tarapacá, bound for the Agapé Natural Reserve.

Arrival at the Agapé Reserve, orientation and instructions from the guide at the point of departure.

With lanterns in hand, we start the hike through natural paths of the jungle of the mainland, the largest jungle of the Amazon basin.

During the tour observing the nocturnal landscape, we appreciate a great variety of species of insects, arachnids, orthoptera, butterflies and amphibians. All these animals are accompanied by the symphony of thousands of other organisms that wake up during the night in the Amazon jungle.

Then in a moment to sensitize, we turn off the lights, and in total silence we will feel the jungle in activity, observing luminous organisms like the "way of ancestors" or "moon way" luminescent mushrooms to the darkness of the night.

After this unforgettable experience, return to Leticia.

Day 2 Puerto Nariño Tour and the Monkey Island.

Breakfast 7:00 am.

7:30 am. Meeting with your guide at the hotel.

8:00 am. Departure by speedboat to suit the group, we sail the Amazon River upstream to Puerto Nariño.

Orientation imaginary point of the three borders, we have a spectacular panoramic view of border cities of Brazil, Peru and Colombia.

During the tour over the imposing river, we appreciate the Amazon rainforest and the riverside villages of indigenous Ticunas and Yaguas from (Peru and Colombia).
